We are a family run business offering quality bed and breakfast accommodation located on the outskirts of the Granite town of Dalbeattie and within walking distance of the river Urr, a popular salmon fishing river. We offer two double rooms both with modern en-suite facilities and unrestricted views.It is an ideal base for those visitors wishing to explore the surrounding area of Dumfries and Galloway. Nearby towns include the food town of Castle Douglas and Kirkcudbright art town. Less than six miles away is the lovely picturesque village of Kippford nestled on the Solway coast and a few miles further down the road you come to Rockcliffe.,a charming coastal inlet with stunning views and access to walks up to Castle Point. Dalbeattie forest is part of the 7Stanes and just a short distance away.We provide a full Scottish breakfast with all our ingredients sourced locally from our award winning local butchers and accompanied by our homemade preserves.
