We are a new small guest house situated near the Solway coast. We have 3 en-suite bedrooms and offer a full english breakfast in the morning. We are a short drive from coastal villages such as Kipford, Rockcliffe and Sandy Hills, which has a lovely beach. There are many nice walks in the area and also great golf courses. Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate workmen.

On entering Dalbeattie Copland street runs parallel to the high street. From the town clock drive straight through the town. Next take left turn before garage, then first right. Drive straight along, we are the big white house behind 171.
